Has anybody else not told their boss yet? I’m 16w3d now and it’s giving me the worst anxiety thinking about telling her, gotta do it eventually though now she’s gonna be wondering why I kept it a secret so long! I’m really starting to show too thank god our uniform is all black, hides the bump better! 
Anybody else in the same boat?!?

I told my boss right when I found out, just because morning sickness was so bad i had to call out sometime. Legally they cant do anything that threatens your job!

I couldn't hide my bump with me expecting twins my work have been so understanding and they were really understanding last week when I had a serious stomach bug last week when I was admitted to hospital

I never told the owners of the restaurant I work for (they're there often) but luckily one of my bosses is my brother's girlfriend,so she's excited. lol The owners haven't said anything and they can't really do much anyways. As long as you're healthy and can keep up with your job, all should be well! good luck on telling your boss! be confident and happy about it when telling! the reaction might surprise you after all.

Finally told mine last week. Was so nervous I started tearing up. Just remember that any semi-competent boss will have been instructed by HR to be nice about it so your conversation should be totally fune

I was nervous too, and finally told my boss at 14 weeks. He told me he had already suspected it!! That made it so much easier since he already put 2 and 2 together. He was really supportive.
