Help!
I’ve been sick for the past few days with a head cold. Today as I was dropping my son off at school I got back into the drivers seat and as I was reaching for the door to close it I felt like the whole car was tipping over. I felt like I lost consciousness for a second I’m also 18 weeks pregnant.
