Is all hope lost?

My husband and I had our second IUI 10 days ago. His numbers were great I tracked my ovulation with tests, I peaked on Sunday, triggered that night and had IUI early Tuesday morning. I had one mature follicle on cd10 with two that may or may not have matured enough in time. The last couple days I've been feeling mild cramping and back pain. I've also been having headaches. Everything is a sign of PMS and/or early pregnancy 😩. I just feel like all hope is lost, but we got my ovulation so good. We BD every other day for a week, including Sunday night when I peaked. we had 59 million sperm post washout, we BD that night and the next night as well... Any success stories experience mild cramping and back pain and have a positive test?
