Weight gain but throwing up?!

I am at a complete loss!
I am 13 weeks pregnant and have gained 10 lbs!!
For the last 6 weeks all I've been doing it throwing up! How is this possible.. :'(

I lost 4 lbs in a week from throwing up.... not sure how you're about to gain if it coming back up. Maybe it's just water weight.

I have gained about 10 too :( I just think our body is taking in what we need to in order to make our babies healthy and strong.....as long as u are staying as active as possible and eating healthy, you are doing everything ur supposed to. Everyone's body handles pregnancy differently.
