Help the tech couldn’t tell if it’s a boy or girl what do you all think?

Honestly.. I feel like girls tend to be more “shy” and cross their legs... my daughter gave the tech a hard time, and a whole TWO hours of the tech prodding my stomach later, she uncrossed her legs lol!
My son, on the other hand, had his legs wide open and was showing off loud and proud.

I think what the arrow if pointing to is a foot. Looks like legs are crossed. My guess is girl!
