Help sore calves 😩

I did 80 unweighted squats and 25 30lb squats, 100 calf raises, 50 fire hydrants, and 100 bicycles last night. And I am sooo sore, my calves hurt most of all. I usually don't get sore untill day two but ugh this morning was rough. What can I do other than taking ibuprofen? Foods for sore muscles? Type of massage?
