Leg cramp?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and all day/night I have been getting a pain in the inside of my thigh right near the top of my leg. It feels like my muscle seizes up or something. Has anyone else experienced this?

Charlie horses..  You need magnesium in your diet

Yup I get them. As another person stated, you may be lacking magnesium. I also read that you should increase your potassium and calcium intake. I've been doing this, now I don't get them as often. I'm currently 40 + 1. Hopefully myDS will make an entrance into the world soon.
