Worried I Won't Be Able To Move With My Mom

My mom has a boyfriend works in Toronto, and she wants to move next year to be with him. My problem is ,I am waiting for my Canadian Citizenship Certificate to come and I hope the application gets approved so I can move with her and my brother. I have a son which he will be one next year, and I'm very anxious because I want to be with my family and I live with her and my brother plus baby. Every time she mentions moving next year I'm praying my certificate comes or I'll be stuck here alone. I'm on mat leave until next year and on EIA. I am scared. Sorry ik it's long. I just wanted to vent. I'm mentally not ready to live on my own or be alone with no family.
