Cold Sore or just little Rash?
My 2 year old just had these little red bumps pop up on his lip today. My first instinct was a cold sore. I don't know how he could have gotten one though. But he does have a few little rash like bumps on
his cheek also..so I'm hoping it is just a rash. :(
