Implantation or early aunt flow

So I’m curious if anyone ever had Implantation spotting (4 days before ) aunt flow. The app said I was due for my period today which was off since I started last month on the 26th and I ovulated on the 8th ( thankful we did the strips ) and the app said the 10th. We’ve taken 4 pregnancy test and all negative . Today I started to spot brown and it filled maybe half way a panty liner . Does this mean we are out ? Everyone said Implantation only happens 6-12 days and not 14 days post ovulation. Anyone have the same thing ?
