Should I be concerned. Need advice

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3.5 years, we already have one child together. I might be pregnant with our second child. I’m afraid of what everyone is going to think of me and the fact that we are not married. I’m getting really down on myself and I just want advice or similar stories. Appreciate any help!!
