Preparing for breastfeeding

I'm 30 weeks along with my second baby and I had a really hard time pump ">breastfeeding with my first and I'm determined to do better with this one. I'm wondering if there are any ways to prepare my nipples or help produce milk more? Any information will help please, thank you in advance
