Pregnant or late period????

I have PCOS & I’m nine days late. Took three pg tests and all came back inconclusive. I’ve been cramping & having really bad lower back pain. My boobs hurt but only when pressing on them. & a bit of nausea. Also headaches, farting SO much, & pooping several times a day. pregnancy or just a late period???

You would have to get a positive on a test to actually really know....All those symptoms can be a sign of AF as well
