Weight Loss?
What are some good ways I can loose weight always working? I work super late and then I eat and go to bed. I’ve gained like 20-25 pounds I need to loose. How fast can I drop it? Please help me! I want to get back to around 140.
I’m 5’7 so I’m not that bad but I don’t want to gain anymore. I just got on the IUD Skyla too. I think that had something to do with it as well. Just any tips and hints you all have! Thanks💕
