HELP WITH UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS SMOKING

I’m not sure what group to post this in but I need help. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and live in an apartment. Some new people just moved above us (who have a baby) and now our whole apartment reeks of weed. We don’t smoke (for obvious reasons but also because we live in Arizona and it’s illegal without a card). The smell of weed is especially strong in our room and bathroom and it makes me extremely nauseous and I’m worried about second hand smoke (not sure if that’s a thing with weed but I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s STRONG as if they were smoking in our apartment). We’re not sure what to do because obviously we don’t know what our neighbors do in their apartment, we can only assume since we’ve been in this apartment for over a year and had several upstairs neighbors with no problems whatsoever. Do you talk to the office/managers? Do you call the cops? We’ve never been in this situation before so we have no clue how to go about handling it but I’m worried because I am due with our baby very soon and I don’t want him around that. We’ve also tried candles, sprays, etc. to get rid of the smell but nothing helps. Thanks in advance
