Freaking out a bit

I had sex a little over a week ago. I use the Nuva Ring but it fell out (I know it can be out for a little bit during sex), and from what the guy said, he didn’t finish (but he definitely seemed like he did). I got my period 2 days after, which was pretty normal time. The last few days I have been feeling weird in my lower belly area so of course my first thought is that I’m pregnant. Am I over thinking, or should I get a test?
