Should I be worried???? I'm FREAKING OUT!!!

I thought I was fine but I'm really not i keep freaking out or scaring myself if I'm pregnant.I am totally in my ovulation window. But yesterday I had sex without protection, but for sure my boyfriend didn't cum inside me I saw him jerking off before he came, but idk about the precum???? If anybody knows anything about precum let me know I'm just freaking out here plzzz. I'm having cramps all over and I'm worried. idk.
