Tried on rings yesterday

So me and my bf been together for three years now. We live together, and have plans on buying a home when our lease is up. We are taking a very romantic trip to the DR in three weeks. We walked in to a jewelry store to pay on his credit card and he told me to go look at some rings. They were having a beautiful diamond show but damn these rings were wayyyyyy outta his price range. So I walked my ass down the aisle to the more affordable and realistic rings. I found this beautiful 2 caret emerald cut with the simplest halo and diamond band. He told me to try in on then told the lady to size me up ☺️ well I’m hoping that he comes to his senses and puts a ring on it sooner than later 😊
