Unusual Early Cramping

so I'm supposed to start in 3 days (according to Glow, but I'm normally a days later than the estimated date Glow provides ) and I've already started cramping? I hardly cramp when I'm on my period, so cramping before hand is pretty strange. anyone know what could cause this?
