could I be pregnant?!?! 🎊🎉

Hi ladies, I know this is a chat room for the first trimester mommies but I thought I'd ask since you guys just experienced some of the symptoms. I'mma current 5-6 DPO 10 days away from AF and my breasts and nipples hurt very badly. I am also experiencing cramping. could this be an early sign of pregnancy or is it still too early? I know it sounds like PMS but I usually don't get those symptoms until about 4 days before expected AF and she is always very regular.
