Twins arrived on Fathers Day

Well I’ve had no time to post that the twins arrived on Father’s Day last week at 35+1. My water broke at 4:30 AM and we got to the hospital a little after 6:00 AM. I was supposed to have a c-section. By the time they confirmed it was my waters and they checked me I was 8cm dilated and everyone rushed me to the OR. I could not sit up for the spinal for surgery because the urge to push. Aubrey was born head first and Easton was born footling breech. Unmedicated delivery at 7:41 and 7:46 AM We have been in Nicu for a week and it looks like they may go home next week as long as feeding goes well. Born 4lbs 4oz and 4lbs 7oz.
