minimum once a day but i feel more comfortable changing it at least twice a day especially if i have a lot of discharge and I'm not wearing liners. if I'm wearing liners consistently then it's not as big of a deal unless I'm sweaty. it's important to maintain a clean, dry environment for your self down there. id rather change my underwear than smelling dirty down there or risk getting infections. i always get fresh underwear after showers and if i dont shower one day, i definitely make sure to change my underwear.
