Are there any moms who kept reptiles while pregnant?

I've never been your average girly girl. While the other little girls were playing barbies, I was out side catching bugs and climbing trees. Being out side sparked a love for for all ceatures, but reptiles had a special place in my heart. On my 16th birthday I got my first snake, and believe me it grew from there. Here I am 2 years later with a corn snake, 3 geckos and a bearded dragon. What my real question is, are there an mother's out there who safely handled their scaly friends while pregnant? I understand to wash my hands after handling but are there any other precautions I should take? I'm only 5 weeks and this is my first.
