We just found out we are pregnant this week, doctor confirmed via blood test. In the neighborhood of 4 or 5 weeks along, won't have our first appointment for the viability scan until July 20th.

Today I've been cramping more than I have the rest of the week and around midday I went to the bathroom and there was blood when I wiped. It's enough right now that I have a pad on. This is our first pregnancy so I'm really scared and have no experience to go on. Since it's Saturday all of my doctors offices are closed and I can't afford to go to the hospital. What do I do? Am I panicking for no reason?
