Skin rash or???

Okay moms. I’m a FTM and need your opinions. Does this look like keratosis Pilaris, or Molluscum Contagiosum??

His 12m appointment is in a month so I’d prefer to wait to bring him in, however, if this is something that needs to be looked at I would obviously take him. Just wondering what everyone thinks.

It started small on his thighs and gradually has spread a little. The bumps start teeny and skin colored, after a week or so they will become irritated and red and then they disappear (I think).
