Vitex
Hi ladies, My depo expired in April & I just got my first period last week & it is sadly still going its been 10 days. I was wondering if y’all recommended Vitex to help regulate my periods? I’m debating on it but i’ve also heard if you get pregnant while on Vitex a lot of people had a miscarriage?? Any stories or advice is helpful!
