HELPPP!!! How far along were you when you got your first +

How far along were you when you got your first positive? I am so confused with my body atm I am showing obvious signs of pregnancy from what I believe was implantation bleeding, missed period, feeling exhausted an etc. I got 2 vvvvf positives but then negatives no bleeding at all almost 2 weeks past since my period was do, I'm wondering if my hcg hormones are off I have to get the RH shots when I confirm I'm pregnant an had 2 prior miscarriages an want to find out before it's to late 😔😔😔💔
