Migraine with your period??

Guys this is my first migraine and I’ve had it for six days and it doesn’t wanna leave. It started on Monday and my period started on Thursday! I’m not sure if they are correlated but I’m super dizzy, nauseous, light, sounds, and smells are making it worse. I’ve been to the Er to get a migraine cocktail and it helped for 12 hours. Ive taken fioricet and excedrin migraine and nothing has touched it. Anyone have any remedies I could try? I’m miserable lying in a bed all day in a dark room with my eyes covered.
