FTM needs opinion on Amazon prime vs Target/costco in store

I am considering Amazon prime membership, before my NB arrives. I believe you save a lot on diapers and wipes on a subscription basis. I would also want to know if I would get discounts on purchasing baby gear like strollers, crib etc. Also, I have a Target store at a walking distance of my home.So I am comparing if getting Amazon prime for only the delivery advantage is worth?I found some items same or less priced in Target or Costco. Please give me your valuable feedback
