I think I had a miscarriage...

So a while ago I was majorly craving SubWay’s tuna sandwich specifically with the 9-grain honey oat bread with Canada Dry ginger ale. I was also having cramps like crazy and was almost always super nauseous. I had every true textbook symptom of pregnancy. The day I went to get the pregnancy test, I was at work and bent over and I felt a sharp pain and started bleeding like crazy and continued to do so for 10 days straight. After that day all the symptoms went away. I’ve been wanting to tell my boyfriend, but I don’t want to get him worked up over nothing. I’ve talked to many people and they all think it was a miscarriage as well, what do y’all think?
