want sex but cant get it, what to do?

i want sex a lot, but my husband doesnt, because he gets cramping. he hates it. but he doesnt care to fix it, or find out whats wrong. hell, i bet if it was with another woman, hed do what he can do get rid of it, so he can have sex w her. like when we were separated, whoch was 2yrs ago, he bought some energy drinks to perform better and longer, to pleasure whoever hes having sex with. but he never do any of this w me! i think one of them even got him to use lube, or he thought of using it w them. then got obsessed w it, so will never have sex wout it. he never used lube w me until after the separation! its like he respects and want them more than me. i feel like he wanta to and is more interested in pleasing them more than me. what should i do? besides masturbating. i want it so badly, but he doesnt.
