Nexplanon

I think I might just be freaking out a little, but I’ve had Nexplanon for about a year now. For a few months I didn’t get my period, and I wasn’t having any sex. Once I started having sex, (no condom) my periods slowly came back. I’ve had my period consistently for about 3 months. But now, I’m late on my period...I don’t wanna think the worst, but I just wanna know if anyone has had similar experiences? Or useful information.
