Do you drink?

Question

My husband and I are 30 and 37 and we’ve noticed that most people our age drink fairly heavily. We don’t. We have no problem with people who do, it’s just not for us except on the rare social occasion. I’m just curious to see if we’re really as odd as we feel we are sometimes 🤷‍♀️

I was just telling my husband the other day how I feel like in order to do anything with friends and have fun it has to involve alcohol. No one ever wants to have fun without it. I don’t like alcohol and people just act like I’m crazy and almost like I’m a “loser” because of it. I’m 25.

I drank heavily from the time I was 16 til 20... got pregnant at 20, was pregnant when I turned 21. I've maybe been drunk twice since I turned 21 and I'm now 32. With four kids, alcohol isn't my friend anymore :p.
P.s. I do not in any way recommend or advise underage drinking. It led me to make a lot of stupid decisions.   Be smart people 🙃🙃

I’m allergic to wine, beer, and cider. So I drink maybe twice a year. My so brew his own beer, so he enjoys a few beers a few times a month.

My SO and I drink occasionally - like a glass of wine here and there but never more than one beverage in a day. Alot of our friends act like they need to have alcohol to have fun which kind of sucks for us. But oh well

I’m pregnant right now, so it’s been a while since I’ve been able to drink. But normally, my husband and I would go out with friends once or twice a week with friends and drink. We’re past the point of getting blackout drunk, but we would usually drink enough to not be able to drive. My husband also usually has a beer with dinner when we go out to eat, but we don’t go out much. We’re 25 and 28.

I can count the times I’ve drank on 2 hands and I’m 20 years old😂 so nerp. I wouldn’t really say I drink. I’m not much of an alcohol person🤷🏼‍♀️ I drink maybe 2 times a year. MAYBE. My husbands the same way.

i drank heavily from about 21 to 26 im 31 now and almost never drink i think i just grew outta it im also a bartender.. my SO is 40 and drinks daily at least 2 beers.

In my young and carefree days, I’d go out for cocktails two or three times a weeks - usually have two or three, sometimes a few more. 
Since I had a kid (she just turned four) I’ll have maybe half a drink a month... I just don’t have time or brain cells to spare these days...

We're 34. We each have a glass of wine with dinner maybe 5ish days a week. We are really interested in wine & trying different wines together is something we really enjoy!
