Trans starting a family

I want to start a family. I’m FtM pre-hormones, and pre-surgeries. My fiancé is a cis male. I want to start a family, and he just keeps telling me “someday”. After a pregnancy scare (test was negative) when we weren’t ready, his habits of pulling out became instinct now, so even on days that I can’t get pregnant or have a low chance, and he knows that there is a low chance of me getting pregnant, he still pulls out. I wish he could finish in me so we can start a family. This post is more of just a rant.
