What’s this rash? Please help!

My 5 year old got those scratches a few days ago and has slowly developed a rash up and down her arm. It’s slowly spreading to her belly and legs as well. What is it? Is it poison ivy? What can i do to make it better?

is the scratch from an animal? if it isnt i would guess poison ivy

The best things I have found for an itchy rash is the extra strength benedryl cream. It stops the itching and dries the rash up. Also take equal parts baking soda and oatmeal mixed with a little water to make a paste. Apply that, let it dry. Dries out the rash and relieves the skin irritation

maybe benadryl and some  Calamine lotion? hope it clears up soon !
