How does NuvaRing work?

I really want to start using NuvaRing I got my period today would I have to get in the doctor sometime this week so I can put it in next Sunday?

Technically you can put it in whenever after your period but if you are currently on birth control yes definitely put it in when you would normally start a new pack. I had a great experience with it and found it SO much better than the pill
