It is normal but try not to squeeze/express milk purposely because it can cause preterm labor

Yeah i think it is colostrum I don't purposely squeeze them but I was laying on my side and I seen some come out and when I gently squeezed a whole heap came out I just thought it was odd as I'm not quite 20 weeks yet and this is my first baby.. I won't be messing around with it I'll ask my midwife about it  at my next appointment

it is normal, it will increase throughout pregnancy. your breasts are preparing for your baby. what is leaking out is what your baby will be eating soon after birth if you choose to breastfeed. it can even come out yellow in color and still be normal, no need to talk to your doctor. if it leaks a lot you can wear a breast pad to keep it from leaking out of your shirts. hop this helps.

I’m not sure if it’s normal but I’m pretty sure your not meant to squeeze them for fluid to come out. You should speak to a doctor
