No normal period after miscarriage

I Had a miscarriage 2 months ago and am now sexually active but I went to check up 2 weeks ago which said I wasn't pregnant but still haven't had any signs of a period or a pregnancy...was given some pills to help regulate my normal cycle but still nothing.of late I've been feeling so tired amd I've been eating like crazy ! but my boobs aren't sore .. has anyone gone through this and what was your outcome
