By walking to the fridge and back to the couch 😎 I'm hardcore

I’m a competitive dancer. I work out at least 7 hours in 3 days a week at the studio (over summer) and whenever I want to at home. During comp season and regular classes I’m not sure I want to know how much I workout

In college, I did MMA (not aerobic kickboxing, actual MMA), swimming, running, strength training, and a ton of jumping rope. Now with my health issues I keep it to walking and swimming.
