Advice?

Question

I’m 16 and I’m ready have sex. I’ve been educated and I understand all consequences. My parents don’t believe I should have sex before marriage but I have found a wonderful guy. Should I talk to my mom about it (she’s a tiny bit more open to these things) or should I keep it on the down low. Any advice is helpful!

Hm. What do you think? It is a big decision. Are u sure you understand everything that will occur the first time? I am glad that she is more open minded than your father is. You could say something like, “ mom, I love you and ur not only my mom but one of my best friends. I feel like I can tell u anything and u won’t judge me or push me away. Me and x really have strong feelings for each other, and I do t want to wait till marriage. It’s my body and my life and I really want you to respect that. (Be very calm and collected) I want you to help me and guide me so I am in the right path through life. So, I have made my decision. But, it would be great if my best friend could give me some advice.” Or something along those lines. Be honest if you are going to tell her. What do u think?
