A little confused/TMI

I have had really sore breasts for over a week now. My husband and I had just had sex the night before and I was surprised to find out I had a bled a little, my period isn't due for another week and half. And then today I had a little bit of brown spotting with clots when I wipe. This has never happened before. Does anyone have any insights? I took a pregnancy test yesterday even though I think it's way to early and it was negative. I'm just confused about what could be going on. Thank you in advance! Sorry for the tmi
