I’m being put on a super restrictive diet...

I’m having jaw surgery soon, which means I’m to be confined to a liquid-only diet for ~7 weeks (no puréed meats or nuts, either). It’s normal for someone to lose 5-15 lbs a week while on the diet, and then I’ll still be on a very restrictive diet for 2 months after that... right now I work out a Lot and I’m at 130 lbs at 5’6, which is a very good weight (I have a 24” waist and a near 6-pack right now, as an example). I’m pretty concerned about losing that much weight, especially muscle mass... any tips? Should I try to bulk before the surgery, or gradually ease myself into the diet?

Edit: I can’t exercise At All for 3 months afterwards, not even lightly. The most my surgeon will allow are slow, short walks 1 month after.
