GTA Online tips?

So I started back playing gta online alot on ps4 I've grinded to only about 3mil. the thing is I dunno what to spend it on. I already have a facility with a deluxo, a bunker with a custom insurgent and an MOC , an apartment and a few garages with vehicles. There are hangars on sale for bout a mil but i'm not sure if it's worth it. Is it? Also I wanna upgrade all my weapons to MK II. Is that worth it as well? If there are any pros out there plz respond.
