So I'm telling really nervous...

we have been trying for baby number 2 for 3 years now and this month I was put on femara starting day 5-10 of my cycle and then take ovulation tests until I got a positive. well I got one on Friday, but a negitive Saturday and this morning but doc went ahead and did my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> today.

I see all these posts about ultrasound to check follicles and trigger shots but I never got either one... the only ultrasound i got was this month on day 4 of my period to check and make sure my ovaries were "clear" and they were.. since I didn't get the shot or the other ultrasounds does that mean my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> wont work this time? I didn't know anything about them until reading on here doc never informed me on either. :(
