I lost 21 pounds on the keto diet in 5 weeks and the last month I’ve been counting calories and lifting 4 days a week and running or doing HIIT 3-5 days a week. The last month(the 3rd picture) I haven’t seen any weight loss but I’ve definitely lost more inches, so just remember weight is just a number when you’re lifting heavy!
