Foul Vag Smell

I have had some bazaar vag smells in the past but this is the worst it’s ever been. I’m not exactly sure what is smells like but it smells very rotten. It’s very gruesome and it seems someone could smell it from a mile away if i open my legs. Help and advice girls?!
