First trimester...

I'm not new to exercise or working out but it's been a while since I have. I'm 8wks and curious as to what I can and can't do right now. I'm super tired most of the time so I need some motivation and advice to help me get going. I want to be as healthy as I can. I also want to prepare my body for labor and give myself the best chance to bounce back and get in shape again once my little peanut arrives!!
