Pregnant with sickle cell & scared to take meds

I just found out I was pregnant today (4 weeks, 5 days) and I'm worried because of the meds I take. I'm currently on morphine IR 30 mg twice daily and Tramadol 50mg once daily. Were you all still able to take your meds while pregnant? I can't see a doctor until Monday Bc it's the weekend, so I'm worried about taking my meds over the weekend, but know I need it to not get sick. How did you all handle this?
