You don’t need to gain weight- the lowest weight you can be is 47kg, 45kg would make you underweight and you could end up having side effects from that. If you did want to be 47kg that is fine and healthy but you sound skinny already so it’s definitely not necessary💗

My height is almost the same as yours and my doctor said that my “ideal weight” I between 50 and 54 or so. Then I believe you’re just ok with that weight
