Stopping Nuvaring And ttc with Pcos

I habe been on nuvaring continuous for 3 years (no period), I removed my nuvaring on tues and its Sat with NO signs of a period in sight. My question is can you ovulate after stopping bc and before a period? I know my best odds of pregnancy are after bc, because PCOS makes me never ovulate.
